Overview
This policy explains what Elevator Agents collects, why we use it, where essential providers help us process it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Your name, email address, phone number, sign-in method, and session records
- Company, account, workspace, membership, and onboarding details
- Specifications and other documents you upload, plus the reports and findings created from them
- Forms, feedback, support requests, and other communications
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and secure your account and private workspace
- Process uploaded specifications and generate pre-bid reports
- Keep reports available to authorized workspace members
- Send service emails and respond to support requests
- Maintain and improve the service
Accounts, Documents, and Reports
Uploaded specifications are stored as private objects in Vercel Blob. Reports are private by default. Signed-in users can view workspace data only through the account and workspace access rules built into the service.
A workspace owner or admin can choose to create a report share link. Anyone who receives that link can view the shared report, so the person creating it controls who receives it. A new link can be generated to stop the old link from working.
Essential Providers
We use a small set of providers to run the service:
- Vercel hosts the application, runs application workflows, stores private uploaded files in Vercel Blob, and routes model requests through Vercel AI Gateway.
- Neon stores account, workspace, membership, upload, and report records in the application database.
- Better Auth handles sign-in and session data. If you choose Google sign-in, Google also processes that authentication.
- Anthropic models process document content to create structure, findings, and report summaries.
- Resend sends account, report, form, and support emails.
Data Retention
We keep account, workspace, specification, and report data for as long as needed to provide and operate the service. Retention can vary based on account activity, support needs, and recordkeeping obligations. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
Your Choices and Deletion Requests
You may ask us to:
- Provide a copy of your personal data
- Correct your personal data
- Delete your account and personal data
- Delete uploaded specifications and related reports
